Global Justice Network

Constantin Kokkinos is a founding member of the Global Justice Network (GJN), and has been on its executive board ever since then, for over twelve years now.

The Global Justice Forum was initiated in 2005 by Lieff Cabraser Heimann and Bernstein LLP (LCHB) –a repeatedly ranked No 1 litigation Law firm in the U.S. From the forum, the Global Justice Network was born.

This network gathered claimant counsels from more than 40 countries. The GJN meetings in New York, London, Paris, Rome, Vienna, Zurich, and Dublin establish a close cooperation of numerous attorneys from 5 continents coordinating and addressing contemporary challenges in cross border litigation.

The Global Justice Network was incorporated in Dublin, Ireland as a limited liability company and later evolved into a Swiss Verein in Zug under Swiss law.

Its members are attorneys specialized in different types of cases including mass tort litigation, financial fraud and financial litigation, aviation or airplane disasters as well as other transportation related claims, consumer protection, human rights, environmental claims, antitrust and competition claims, social media and defamation, and serious personal injury claims.
